The loft space in the bungalow also contains asbestos, again this has been inspected, however, the lofts are locked and must not be accessed during your stay.
Except by prior arrangement, no more than the stated number of persons may occupy the property and the owner has the right to refuse to admit more than the number of persons the property has been booked for.
The right of entry to the property at all reasonable times is reserved by the owner/key holder for the purpose of inspection or to carry out any repair deemed necessary to the property or equipment.
The property must be left clean and tidy at the end of the holiday or additional cleaning charges will apply.

Fire Safety and Health and Safety
We operate a no smoking policy at Seaspray this includes the bungalow, garages and garden areas. Due to the bungalow being of wooden construction we also ask that no candles are used.
